LazyEye To Release Spectra Music Group Debut Single "Katie Jones" On Tuesday, November 17th, 2015

UK artist LazyEye is releasing their highly anticipated debut single "Katie Jones", through the Spectra Music Group on Tuesday, November 17th, 2015, with a full album scheduled for release in early 2016.

Originally a solo artist from the north Midlands of The UK, LazyEye began in early 2014 with a sound that is a crosshatch of folk, punk, rock and pop owing largely to a love of guitar music from the 50s/60s right through Punk and Britpop to today’s artists. A great admiration for storytelling songwriters such as the Kinks Ray Davies, Dylan, Lennon and more recently Pete Doherty, Alex and Frank Turner, Jake Bugg etc.


The group evolved in late 2014 with the addition of Luke Brightmore (drums), James Corbishley (Guitar) and Josh Egan (Bass). Added influences and increased input has escalated both the records and the live show to new heights!

Live Support slots already include shows with The Enemy, Cast's John Power, The Sunshine Underground, The Sherlock’s, Johnny Brown, Chris Helme, Mark Morris and Billy Lunn. Live dates are already booked in for the autumn in support of new release.

The new single "Katie Jones" will be available worldwide on November 17th, 2015.
