UK pop/rockers The Landed are releasing their Spectra Music Group debut single "All This Love" on Tuesday, February 23rd, 2016.
The Landed make classic, heart-on-sleeve, hooks by the bucket load, air-punching guitar pop. The kind of songs you write when you’ve grown up loving all the right records but find yourself in a job you hate.
Spurred by the thought “if I don’t quit it now I’ll be doing this for the rest of my life”, Essex-born frontman Paul Hale quit his loathed job in the city to be in the band he’d dreamed about since school.
The result can be heard on The Landed’s debut EP which combines the new wave edge of The Police with Fleetwood Mac’s sense of melody, the harmonic home-grown feel of Noah And The Whale with the symphonic rock of ELO. These songs have already attracted the ear of Tom Robinson at 6 Music. And standout track Taking You Out was made BBC Introducing Track of the Week by Huw Stephens at Radio 1.
Born too late for Top of the Pops, these songs sound destined to play out over the credits of teen TV dramas. The Landed play pop hits for the Shazam generation.
Now The Landed are back with their debut Spectra Music Group single "All This Love."
The new single "All This Love" by The Landed will be available worldwide on Tuesday, February 23rd, 2016.
